A Conscript Day was held at the military commissariat of the Verkhnedvinsk district.

Reserve Lieutenant Colonel, veteran of combat operations in Afghanistan Yu.S. Venger, Dean of the Verkhnedvinsk district Father Valentin, and chief specialist of the department of ideological work, culture and youth affairs of the district executive committee I.V. Vasilyeva addressed the young men entering military service with words of farewell.

Conscripts were handed summons by the Deputy Military Commissar – Head of the Mobilization Group, Major A.A. Petrov.

Nikolai Korogod prepared a musical gift for the conscripts.
