The Ministry of Taxes and Levies Inspectorate for Novopolotsk reminds

The Ministry of Taxes and Levies Inspectorate for Novopolotsk reminds that Belarusian individual entrepreneurs paying personal income tax are obliged to:
          

- Submit a tax declaration (calculation) of personal income tax for individual entrepreneurs (notaries practicing in a notary office) for the 1st quarter of 2023 to the tax authority no later than April 20, 2023;
- Pay personal income tax for the 1st quarter of 2023 no later than April 26, 2023.
Since the established deadline for paying personal income tax for the 1st quarter of 2023, April 22, 2023, falls on a weekend, then in accordance with Part 7 of Article 4 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus, the tax payment deadline is postponed to the nearest following business day, April 26, 2023.
