A batch of imported fertilizers worth over 750 thousand rubles was 'forgotten' to be declared in the documents. The violation was detected by Vitebsk customs officers at the Grigorovshchina border crossing point.

Documents "forgot" to indicate part of the goods – a batch of fertilizers worth over 750 thousand rubles, which they intended to illegally import into the EAEU. Vitebsk customs officers detected the violation of legislation at the Grigorovshchina border crossing point.

A plant growth stimulant was being transported in a VOLVO vehicle that was traveling from Germany. During customs control, it was established that the cargo compartment of the car contained 10 thousand liters more of the specified goods than indicated in the accompanying documents.
The amount of customs duties for the part of fertilizers "missing" from the documents would have been over 44 thousand rubles.
Based on this fact, Vitebsk customs has initiated administrative proceedings in accordance with Part 1 of Article 15.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus (non-declaration of goods). The sanction of the article provides for a fine of up to 30% of the value of the subject of the administrative offense.
