The Mak.by restaurant opened in the shopping center "First National Trading House"

Amidst thunderous applause from the staff, the first visitors to the new Mak.by restaurant in the "Pershy Natsyyanalny Handlyovy Dom" shopping center (Minsk, Nezavisimosti Ave., 134) were immersed in a festive atmosphere. It is warm, cozy, beautiful, and modern here. A New Year's tree stands proudly in the center, with bright balloons everywhere, a colorful menu featuring favorite dishes, seasonal, and classic drinks. This is the company's 29th restaurant to open in Belarus.

The opening of the restaurant in this particular shopping center, which has gathered the best Belarusian brands, symbolically emphasizes the role of Mak.by as a national restaurant brand representing Belarusian cuisine in a modern and accessible format, - noted Alexander Komendant, First Deputy Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee, during the grand opening ceremony. - The process of preparing dishes is not as simple as it may seem. The system for serving them is also well-tuned. The number of first guests waiting for the ribbon-cutting ceremony at the entrance testifies to how successfully Mak.by is functioning today.
Thought out to the smallest detail

The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the shopping center and has a separate entrance. Inside, everything is designed to efficiently serve even a high flow of visitors in a unit of time. The space is designed for 139 seats. Comfortable tables and functional zoning create a comfortable atmosphere for both adults and children.

As in other Mak.by restaurants, all key innovations have been implemented here: self-service kiosks, digital menu boards, an interactive play area for children, separate order reception and pickup zones, and a system for preparing each order "made for you."

For dessert and coffee lovers, the Mak.Cafe zone is open. Along with classic desserts, a new item "Khvorost" and curd donuts are presented, which are created in the company's own Mak.by confectionery according to traditional Belarusian recipes.
Full Menu and "Native Taste" Line

The entire Mak.by menu is available to guests: breakfasts, classic items, seasonal offers, as well as the famous "Native Taste" line. It holds a special place: it combines dishes inspired by the traditions of Belarusian cuisine, created with national motifs and entirely from local ingredients.

Quality at Every Stage

Over 85% of Mak.by ingredients are produced in Belarus. Meat, poultry, dairy products, potatoes, and other products undergo strict quality control - from the moment they arrive at the distribution center to the restaurant kitchen.

Proprietary Technologies

Mak.by develops locality not only in products but also in technologies. In collaboration with Belarusian IT partners, proprietary cash register software has been created: orders reach the kitchen immediately after payment, which speeds up service and ensures the freshness of the dish. The MyMak.by mobile application is constantly being developed, where guests can receive exclusive offers and order delivery through the Mak.Delivery service.Celebration on Opening Day

The first guests of the new restaurant were children from foster and large families. For them and young guests from the socio-pedagogical center with a shelter of the Pervomaisky district, face painting and festive surprises were organized to make the day fun and joyful. All other guests could enjoy pleasant gifts, as everyone who made a purchase of 15 rubles or more received a chameleon cup.

Mak.by is Even Closer
