#VNS_delegates. Focus on supporting young families and professional growth - VNS delegate on work and life
At the second meeting of the VII All-Belarusian People's Assembly (BPA), delegates will be presented with the program for the socio-economic development of Belarus for 2026-2030 for discussion. Denis Kisly, a delegate of the BPA from the Belarusian Republican Youth Union, a software engineer at CJSC "BELGEE", shared with a BELTA correspondent what needs to be paid attention to when developing the document.
"After the first meeting of the VII BPA, I actively worked within my team, and also spoke at other enterprises and schools. People were interested, shared their problems and expressed their wishes, and my task as a BPA delegate is to propose them to the Presidium, acting within my powers," noted Denis Kisly.
One of the main issues at the second meeting of the VII BPA will be the Program for the Socio-Economic Development of Belarus for 2026-2030. "We have had enough time to familiarize ourselves with the main directions and key indicators. We have also actively participated in its discussion and made our proposals. The priority of the new program remains the person, their life, work, and high quality of life. This is very important, as the document should contain not just a set of numbers and plans, but real tools for improving people's lives. Therefore, public opinions, citizens' expectations, as well as global development trends will be taken into account when making decisions," added the delegate.
"Personally, I am particularly interested in the topic of youth policy. In particular, support for young families, as this is closely related to the demographic security of the country. I am convinced that the implementation of additional support measures can significantly help young families gain confidence in the future," emphasized Denis Kisly.
In 2021, he was assigned to a passenger car manufacturing plant. "I was surprised by how automated the enterprise is, how all the processes are structured. I am proud that there are more and more domestic cars on the streets of cities, as well as other goods. Everything is ours, Belarusian, and that's cool," the engineer shared. "Moreover, our company pays great attention to young people. During my work, I received additional education, and today I am pursuing my second higher education at the Academy of Management under the President. I can confidently say that all conditions for professional development are created in our country. Belarus is a country with high human potential. The infrastructure of our state is at a stable level, we have a rich cultural heritage, therefore, the participation of each citizen in various aspects - from business to culture - strengthens and supports the sustainable development of the economy," Denis Kisly is convinced.
"I am confident that the adopted Program for Socio-Economic Development for 2026-2030 will lead to a significant improvement in the quality of life. Support for this program can become a catalyst for economic growth, job creation, and increased prosperity. It is important that everyone understands their role in this process and actively participates in the program's implementation," the young specialist concluded.
