The solemn ceremony is attended by the Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee Alexander Subbotin, the Chairman of the Regional Trade Union Association Elena Nefedova, the Chairman of the Committee for Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Regional Executive Committee Boris Efremov, the Head of the Regional Department of the State Labor Inspectorate of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection Yakov Zhulev, and the First Deputy Head of the Regional Ministry of Emergency Situations Andrey Gavrilenko.
