From giant loaves of bread to paragliding. Chashniki will host a grand celebration of the regional "Dazhynki-2025"
On October 4, Chashniki will become the epicenter of the celebration for rural workers: the regional festival-fair "Dazhynki" will be held here. The program is filled with gastronomic delights, spectacular events, and folk festivities.
Detailed program of the regional festival-fair of rural workers "Dazhynki-2025" has been announced
Starting from 10:00 AM, guests are invited to immerse themselves in an atmosphere of abundance. The gastronomic festival "From Liozno to Braslav" and the "Belarusian Cuisine" fair will open, where each themed farmstead of the Vitebsk region districts will offer its unique regional "prysmaki" (delicacies) and specialties. Simultaneously, an exhibition-sale of products from the leading enterprises of the northern region will unfold. At numerous catering points, visitors will be able to enjoy not only traditional dishes but also exquisite delicacies for which each district is famous. From the same time, themed areas of various departments will begin to operate, and the "craftsmen's town" will present works by masters from all over the Vitebsk region. Technology enthusiasts will be delighted by the agricultural machinery exhibition "Steel Strength of Agrarians," where they can not only examine modern domestic equipment designed for fieldwork and harvesting but also take memorable photos. Fans of baking art will find the regional exhibition-competition of karavai (traditional bread) from the enterprises of the "Vitebskhlebprom" association. Here, true works of art will be presented – from windmills made of dried breadsticks and sweet compositions to the main karavai of the festival, astonishing with its one-and-a-half-meter dimensions, exquisite decor, and boundless imagination of the masters.
In addition to culinary and craft areas, the festival will offer dynamic entertainment. Lovers of active recreation and thrills are welcome from 12:00. The mighty heroes of Vitebsk region, strong not only in spirit but also in body, will be able to demonstrate their strength in regional strongman competitions, while young athletes will compete in mini-football and volleyball. Weather permitting, guests will have a unique opportunity to take to the skies and see Chashniki from a bird's-eye view – organizers will offer paragliding and hot air balloon rides.
For the youngest participants and their parents, a whole "Children's Town" with attractions will open at the stadium of Secondary School No. 4. Here, the Belarusian Theater "Lyalka" will present the interactive play "Kolobok," and will also conduct engaging master classes and various interactive activities. Older children can test themselves in a karaoke quiz, a quest game, and take vibrant selfies in a themed photo zone to preserve the memory of "Dazhynki." Admirers of fast two-wheeled transport are invited to a motorcycle exhibition. And from 16:00, professional DJs playing energetic and rhythmic mixes will be responsible for the guests' mood.

The culmination of the festival will be the program on the main stage on Sovetskaya Street. At 14:00, a grand ceremony will be held to honor the leaders of the Vitebsk region's agro-industrial complex, whose diligent work and professionalism have made an invaluable contribution to the region's current abundant harvest. In the evening, at 18:00, a grand concert will begin with the participation of stars of the national stage, which will smoothly transition into a spectacular fireworks display at 20:00. After the bright salute, guests of the regional "Dazhynki" will be treated to a mesmerizing laser show and a night disco, where everyone can dance to their heart's content to their favorite rhythms.
