Today, a relatively young enterprise, specializing in the production of goods in demand both domestically and in neighboring Russia, is operating at full capacity. BelRuPacking Group LLC produces food packaging and ITEP tape for enterprises in the construction and food industries, particularly for poultry farms.
BelRuPacking Group LLC started not so long ago, in 2003. The plant was launched in the city of Fanipol, Dzerzhinsky district, which means it belongs not only to the FEZ "Minsk" but also to the category of small town enterprises, providing certain preferential advantages.
Even a brief acquaintance with the production process is enough to understand that organizing all this from scratch is incredibly difficult. Suffice it to say that the machines alone cost millions of rubles. Serious investments from a reliable partner are indispensable, one who will lend a shoulder and stay nearby for many years, so that production can expand and develop further.
- Although, of course, the most expensive and valuable asset we have are our people, our employees. 35 people work at the plant, including both women and men, and in any case, they must be very responsible, skilled specialists, and without bad habits, as the enterprise is classified as fire-hazardous due to the storage of specific raw materials, which include not only polystyrene but also gas, - explains the director of BelRuPacking Group LLC, Petr Bernyak.
