The price of the post office building by the lake near Vitebsk increased 11 times during the auction

The building of the former post office, located on the lake shore in the village of Pestunitsa in Vitebsk district, attracted considerable interest from buyers.

The initial sale price was 5 thousand rubles.

The post office building itself is a single-story brick structure with an area of 83 square meters.

The main attractive feature of the building, constructed in 1989, is its location in the lake's coastal zone. This is likely why six buyers showed interest.

The bidding lasted for over 5 hours. As a result, the sale price of the brick house increased from 5 thousand to 56 thousand rubles.

The new owner is a resident of Vitebsk who plans to use the property for a homestead development.

In total, four buildings of former post offices in settlements of Vitebsk, Polotsk, Glubokskoye, and Miory districts were sold in one auction day for a total of almost 80 thousand rubles. The funds will replenish the republican budget.

In all cases, the capital structures were leased.

By the end of this year, the committee will put up for auction another 5 former post offices located in Vitebsk, Miory, Postavy, Ushachi districts, and in the city of Vitebsk itself.
