New conditions for state support in housing construction come into effect in Belarus on June 1. Learn more about the innovations at the NCZPI open webinar on June 12!
On June 12, at 10:30 AM, an open webinar "Everything You Need to Know About Housing Construction Loans" will be broadcast live on the NCZPI YouTube channel.
On June 1, 2025, the conditions for state support in housing construction were changed in the country. The innovations were enshrined in the Decrees of the Head of State of March 6, 2025, No. 94 "On Amending the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus" and No. 95 "On State Support for Housing Construction".
Inna Pinkovskaya, Deputy Head of the Main Department of Construction and Housing Policy – Head of the Housing Policy Department of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic, will speak at the NCZPI studio.
In a live broadcast, the speaker will discuss innovations in the state support system for citizens in housing construction or acquisition, including: forms of state support provided to citizens from June 1, 2025; categories of citizens eligible for state support for housing construction or acquisition; and the terms and procedure for granting state support.
Additionally, a representative from the Ministry of Construction and Architecture will thoroughly cover improved approaches to housing construction under state orders and the sale of constructed housing. Specifically, it will be clarified: how state orders will function from June 1, 2025; who can apply for housing constructed under a state order; and the terms and procedure for acquiring such housing.
