The IV Republican Training Seminar of the BRSM has started in Vitebsk

– Based on the work of our regional organization of the BRSM, we see how everyone is involved in all social processes of life, ready to defend the honor of our homeland at the most prestigious events.

Youth is always at the forefront, in the first rows of scientific, educational, creative, and production activities. These young people are our present, and the role of leaders in this work is difficult to overestimate. This is the force that unites, directs, and helps to ensure that the voice of youth sounds ever brighter and clearer, – noted the Chairman of the Regional Council of Deputies Dmitry Demidov. – The republican seminar will allow our youth to communicate with like-minded people, exchange experiences, talk about their practices and achievements, and in the future, their ideas will serve as a guide for work.

The First Secretary of the Central Committee of the BRSM, Alexander Lukyanov, noted that the seminar also provides an opportunity to introduce newly elected secretaries to the experience of established colleagues in order to further develop their primary organization.
– For the leaders of the Central Committee and regional committees, it is very important to consider the opinions of young people, to hear their ideas and proposals in building strategic plans. One of the initiatives that was announced at previous seminars was the implementation of an interactive information system that allows administering the process and maintaining a rating of our activists. Even today, we are proud that for several years there has been such an opportunity, and a smart card, a new membership card, has also appeared, – said Alexander Lukyanov. – In the program of the IV seminar, an important component will be a visit to leading primary organizations on the territory of large enterprises, Vitebsk enterprises, and higher education institutions. We have also invited experts who will talk, including about the trends that are currently forming among young people.
