The Committee for State Property of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee has had one of the most successful months for the sale of unused state property.
Three unused buildings of the former "KIM" factory, with an area of over 13 thousand square meters, were sold at auction.
The sold properties include an air conditioner building, a dyeing shop, and a five-story extension.
The total sale price amounted to almost half a million rubles.
