In March, the committee sold 25 unused state property objects
The most expensive property sold was an administrative building located in Braslav. Previously, it housed the Design and Production Architectural and Planning Bureau of the Braslav District.
A private organization from Vitebsk purchased it for 41 thousand rubles.
Among the sold unused properties are also agricultural facilities. For example, dairy farms in Shumilino and Sennno districts found new owners.
In March, the committee held 25 successful auctions. The state budget has been replenished by 430 thousand rubles since the beginning of the year.
The committee has already scheduled 108 auctions for April.
In total, this year it is necessary to involve in economic circulation and demolish 1030 real estate objects. These include both old objects, previously unsold at auction, and new ones – received from bankrupt enterprises and identified during inventory.
The main method of involving property in economic circulation is its sale at auction, in which anyone can participate. Most objects are put up for auction repeatedly during the year – for example, last year, about 1100 auctions were scheduled for 387 objects.
In addition, methods such as leasing, gratuitous transfer, and use for own purposes are used to involve property. Objects in a dilapidated state are planned for demolition to improve land management.
If we analyze 2024, not all planned objects have been involved in economic circulation, but in terms of the number of involved objects, the Vitebsk region has held a leading position among all regions of the country in recent years.
