The Committee reminds citizens of the possibility of exchanging "Property" checks
The topic of exchanging "Property" vouchers remains relevant for their owners who have not yet decided on their use.
Currently, owners of "Property" vouchers have the right to participate in the privatization of state property by exchanging their vouchers for shares of privatizing enterprises.
To conduct operations with vouchers, their Owner must contact the branch of OJSC "ASB Belarusbank" that handles "Property" voucher exchange operations. For residents of Vitebsk, such a branch is located at 9 Smolenskaya Street.

To exchange, you must present your passport and voucher certificate.
If a citizen has lost their "Property" voucher certificate, it can be reissued at the bank branch by issuing a duplicate.
Bank employees will assist with the completion of all necessary documents.
Currently, shares of 150 open joint-stock companies operating in various sectors of production and services are offered for exchange for "Property" vouchers.
By acquiring shares, a citizen becomes a shareholder and, in accordance with the law, has the right to participate in the management of the company, receive information about the enterprise's activities, as well as sell, gift, and inherit shares.
Although the validity period of "Property" vouchers is set until December 31, 2025, it is necessary to exercise the right to exchange vouchers now.
