The Vitebsk region hosted the regional stage of the «Student of the Year» project
Seven participants from six higher education institutions of the region competed for the title of the best student of Vitebsk region and the right to represent the region in the final of the "Student of the Year" competition. Alexandra Karpovich from VSTU became the owner of the title "Student of the Year – 2024".
The contestants excel in their studies and can boast achievements in science, creativity, sports, and much more. The competition included a presentation, public speaking, and a creative tour.
For example, Daniil Trifonov represented the Vitebsk branch of the International University "MITSO", and Tatyana Shalyga represented the Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medicine. Ivan Melnikov represented VSU named after P. Masherov, and Alexandra Karpovich represented the Vitebsk State Technological University. Yana Kaznovetskaya represented the Vitebsk Medical University. Polotsk State University named after Euphrosyne of Polotsk was represented by two participants at once – Nikita Balyuk and Vladislav Prozorov.
