60 auctions for the sale of unused state property are scheduled for September

Over the first 8 months of this year, the State Property Committee of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee announced 672 auctions for the sale of unused state property. Also offered for sale were blocks of shares in two enterprises – "Vitebsk City Automobile Transport and Forwarding Company" and "Eton Plant".

80 auctions were successful. This not only allowed for the utilization of unused real estate in the region's development but also replenished the state budget by 2.221 million rubles, which is more than three times the amount from last year.

The most expensive property sold by the committee in August was the treatment building of the dermatovenerological dispensary on Maxim Gorky Street in Vitebsk. It was purchased for 103 thousand rubles by an individual entrepreneur from Minsk. Following reconstruction, it is possible to house a public facility here.

For September, the committee has scheduled 60 auctions for the sale of unused state property. Of these, 30 properties are offered for sale at auction for the base rate.
