Alexander Subbotin: 'If at least one person can be helped as a result of the techniques, then it is not in vain'

During a personal reception of citizens held today in Vitebsk, the Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee, Alexander Subbotin, discussed important issues related to housing and communal services.

Among the issues raised at the meeting were the registration of a land plot, the commissioning of a pond in the Vitebsk district, and violations of consumer rights in the provision of technical maintenance and repair services for an intercom system in a residential building in Novopolotsk.

– The reception of citizens is a sufficiently effective mechanism, – noted Alexander Subbotin. – With its help, certain problems are identified, gaps in legislation are discovered, and we see where the system fails. Sometimes, the initiatives that citizens bring help to improve the legislative framework and increase the efficiency of the entire system.

The head of the region also emphasized that there is another side to the coin.
