Alexander Subbotin set the task to complete the harvest in the Vitebsk region by August 20

Alexander Subbotin convened a conference call on the performance of the agro-industrial complex. Anatoly Linevich, the Minister of Agriculture and Food, as well as representatives of the region's districts, participated in the online meeting.

The head of the region set the farmers a task – to increase the pace of the harvesting campaign and complete the grain harvest by August 20.

Among the leading districts, the grain growers of Shumilino (93.1% harvested), Chashniki (89.5% harvested), and Postavy (88.9% harvested) districts were noted.

Anatoly Linevich, the Minister of Agriculture and Food, emphasized the need to mobilize all forces in the region during the harvest season.

Gennady Sabinich, the First Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee, focused on the timely preparation of vegetable and potato harvesting equipment.
