Vladimir Bykov — Director of the Gorodok State Agrarian and Technical College;

Gennady Dubovsky — Deputy Chairman of the Sennensky District Executive Committee;

Roman Samozhenov — General Director of the Orsha Construction Trust No. 18;

Sergey Valkov — First Deputy Chairman - Head of the Department for Agriculture and Food of the Verkhnedvinsk District Executive Committee;

Vadim Kolpakov — Director of Verkhnedvinsk Rayagriservice.
