We sincerely welcome and congratulate the guests and residents of the region, the organizers and participants of the XXXIII International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" on the opening of the forum of culture, peace and kindness!

Dear friends!

For 33 years now, the festival has been held at a high creative and organizational level, has its own traditions, and constantly surprises with its versatility and openness. It is rightfully called the visiting card of Vitebsk region and all of Belarus, a symbol of the unity of Slavic peoples. It has become a meeting place for fans of culture and art, uniting artists, painters, and musicians from different countries. Art needs no translation and serves to strengthen the relationship between representatives of different nationalities and states!

This year we are hosting guests from 38 countries. Among the main events of the XXXIII International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" are: the opening ceremony and gala concert, the Days of the Union State, the XXXIII International Pop Song Performers Competition "Vitebsk" and the XXII International Children's Music Competition, and Youth Day.

In addition to the extensive concert program, many cultural projects are being implemented during the festival days: "Theater Meetings," "Puppet Quarter," "Street Art Fest," interesting diverse exhibitions, a folk crafts fair, and much more. The Vitebsk forum is also a business international platform. For the first time, representatives of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization will visit us during the festival. The "Slavianski Bazaar" is destined by fate itself to become a center of attraction for different cultures.

We are confident that guests and participants, residents of the Pridvinye region, will remember it for its unique projects and joyful encounters with true art.
