Dear residents of Vitebsk and guests of the city!

Vitebsk is celebrating a glorious date – its 1050th anniversary. Everything here is imbued with history, antiquity, creativity, and poetry. Our regional center is one of the oldest on Belarusian land, and abroad it is known as the city of artists and festivals, the birthplace of Chagall and the capital of "Slavianski Bazaar".

History and modernity are closely intertwined here. Vitebsk has faced many trials – during the Great Patriotic War, it was destroyed almost to the ground. But the hardworking Vitebsk residents revived its streets and squares, created new industrial enterprises, and built modern social infrastructure facilities.

Open-hearted and generous Vitebsk residents know how to think on a grand scale, combining skill with the pursuit of excellence in their profession and life. Together, united as one family, we can achieve a lot.
And great deeds and noble goals await us in the future.
