Vitebsk resident Olga Maslovskaya unfurled the flag of the Vitebsk region on the highest point in Europe – Elbrus
Our countrywoman, who works as a reporter for the RTR-Belarus TV channel, made a climb as part of an international group of climbers. It included citizens of Belarus, Russia, and China.
It should be noted that the path to the coveted summit is not a country walk, but a difficult trial that requires great effort. The summit of Elbrus is located at an altitude of 5,642 meters above sea level.
In her social networks, Olga Maslovskaya wrote that conquering the highest point of our continent was a long-held dream, and also that she dedicates this achievement, in the year of the 80th anniversary of the liberation of our country from the Nazi invaders, to her grandfathers who fought and won!
