Vitebsk Broiler Poultry Farm is included in the Vitebsk Region Honor Board

Seventeen enterprises and organizations have been included in the Vitebsk Region Honor Board. Among agricultural organizations, the best was OJSC "Vitebsk Broiler Poultry Farm". Based on the results of work in 2023, OJSC "Vitebsk Broiler Poultry Farm" has been included in the regional Honor Board.

Successes in production activities are inextricably linked with continuous improvement and, as a consequence, stable demand for products under the "Hanna" trademark in domestic and foreign markets. According to Natalia Barkovskaya, Deputy General Director of OJSC "Vitebsk Broiler Poultry Farm" for Meat Processing and Quality, the assortment currently includes over 200 items and product lines: from broiler chicken carcasses and semi-finished products to rolls, hams, and various types of sausages.

By the way, in addition to poultry, the enterprise also processes beef raised in its own agricultural branches. For example, sausages and boiled sausages "Peremenka", frankfurters "Shpikachki obednennye" and "Kupocheskie lux s syrom" are in high demand. This year, "Krokety s tvorozhnym syrom i gribami" (9.5 tons sold in March) and "Kotleta "paparats-kvetka" po-belorusski" have been added to the range of semi-finished products. "Frikadelki po-finski" have also been introduced into production – this product is good for making broth.

Incidentally, at the "Belarus Miasnaya" meat processors' forum held in March, a closed tasting was conducted where meatballs from "Hanna" took first place. In the near future, a chicken Kyiv cutlet will also appear in the retail network. In general, the technologists of Vitebsk Broiler Poultry Farm are working on the release of more than three dozen new types of products. The enterprise's meat processing complex employs 1.1 thousand people, making it the largest division. Natalia Barkovskaya notes that the team consists of passionate people who are dedicated to their work and do everything to ensure that the "Hanna" brand is the best.
