Members of the Communist Party of Belarus laid flowers at the monument to Lenin in Vitebsk
On Vladimir Lenin's birthday, members of the Communist Party of Belarus honored his memory on the square named after him in Vitebsk and laid flowers at the monument to the leader of the October Revolution.
History testifies that the ideas and decisive actions of the Russian revolutionary managed to unite peoples, paving the way for the creation of the world's first socialist state, where the words "friendship," "justice," and "labor" became the basis of policy. His ideas inspired many peoples to overcome difficulties and led the USSR to powerful breakthroughs in the economy and victory in the Great Patriotic War.
– Today's day of remembrance has also become an occasion for Vitebsk communists to discuss pressing party matters, – noted Artur Tereshkov, First Secretary of the Vitebsk Regional Organization of the CPB. – Currently, the priority task is to attract youth to our ranks. Active work is being carried out in this direction, our ideas resonate in young hearts and bring new like-minded people. The more of us there are, the better the party will fulfill its tasks.
