Vitebsk region fulfilled all performance efficiency targets for January-February 2024, set by the Government for the 1st quarter

Gross regional product increased by 5 percent in January-February 2023;

fixed capital investments – by 22.2%;

average monthly wage growth – by 18.7%;

total budget revenues – by 26.8%.

All sectors of the economy – industry, agriculture, construction, transport, trade, and public catering – showed growth in production volumes.

Goods exports increased 1.3 times, services – 1.2 times.
