Over five tons of humanitarian aid were sent from the Vitebsk region as part of the republican campaign "White Rus" - to the children of Donbas"
The regional organization of the RPO "Belaya Rus" sent a humanitarian aid consignment as part of the republican campaign "Belaya Rus" - to the children of Donbas.
The charity event lasted from December 15 of last year to January 15, 2024. Not only representatives of "Belaya Rus" branches throughout the Vitebsk region joined the collection of aid, but also concerned citizens. The most active were residents of Beshenkovichi, Gorodok, Vitebsk, Senno, Verkhnedvinsk, Glubokoe, Oktyabrsky, and Pervomaysky districts (the latter two are from the regional center). Over five tons of humanitarian aid were collected: food products, hygiene items, medical supplies, toys, etc.
– It is gratifying that the entire region joined our initiative, including colleagues from other public organizations, – said Vladimir Terentyev, Chairman of the regional organization of the RPO "Belaya Rus".
On January 30, the activists sent the parcel of kindness to Minsk, from where it will proceed to its destination – outside of Belarus.
