Vitebskoblимущество Committee: 138 real estate objects and 109 industrial sites are offered to investors in 2024

The Vitebsk Regional Property Committee, in conjunction with district executive committees, has prepared a list of unused real estate objects that can be transferred to investors on a gratuitous basis for the implementation of investment projects, or put up for auction at a base price.

This list includes 138 real estate objects. The largest number of objects are offered in the Gluboksky and Ushachsky districts. For the most part, these are unused social sphere facilities – former kindergartens, schools. But they also find new owners over time.

For example, in July last year, the Beshenkovichi boarding gymnasium with an area of almost 5000 sq.m. was transferred to a foreign investor from China for the implementation of an investment project.

Currently, a confectionery production has already been established on the basis of the former gymnasium, creating 25 jobs. This year, it is planned to expand production and create additional jobs.

The committee has also compiled a list of 109 production sites to offer to investors for the creation of new and expansion of existing production facilities.

The largest unused production site among those offered is the site of a former brick factory, located in the Rossony district near the village of Albrekhtovo.

The production complex includes 24 buildings and structures with an area of 25815 sq.m. Natural gas and water supply are connected to the factory premises, and there is an electricity supply.

The lists of real estate objects and sites are posted on the official website of the committee. For issues related to the transfer of property for the implementation of an investment project, interested parties can contact the economics department of the relevant district executive committee.
