Vitebskoblimushchestvo Committee: Issues of involving state property in economic circulation, taking into account legislative changes, were considered at a seminar in Vitebsk

On December 7, the Committee for State Property of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee organized a seminar at the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee on the issues of involving unused and inefficiently used property into economic circulation, taking into account the amendments made to the current legislation.

The seminar was attended by deputy chairpersons and specialists of city and district executive committees, and specialists of regional management bodies overseeing issues related to state property.

The seminar was opened by the Deputy Chairperson of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Anzhelika Nikitina, who reminded about the tasks facing state authorities in improving the efficiency of state property management.

Representatives of the State Committee for Property of the Republic of Belarus also participated via video conferencing.

Thus, Oksana Krainova, Deputy Head of the Department for Work with State Property of the Main Department for Property Disposal, focused on the problematic issues of organizing work with unused and inefficiently used state property in the Vitebsk region.

Svetlana Degterenko, Head of the Main Department for Corporate Relations, Shareholder Supervision and Share Circulation, spoke about current issues of state participation in the management of shares of business entities.

Yulia Varukhina, Head of the Department for Property Accounting and Use of the Main Department for Property Disposal, spoke about innovations in the procedure for forming and updating the state information resource "Unified Property Register".

Natalia Makhnach, a representative of the state enterprise "Vitebsk Real Estate Center," spoke about the practice of involving unused real estate objects into economic circulation and their demolition in the city of Vitebsk.
