An on-site joint meeting was held in Orsha under the leadership of Vyacheslav Durnov, Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee. The meeting was attended by the Regional Coordination Council for the Implementation of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 18 "On Additional Measures for State Protection of Children in Families in Difficult Circumstances" and the Commission for Juvenile Affairs of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.

Deputy Chairmen of city and district executive committees, Deputy Chairmen of the Commissions for Juvenile Affairs of the Vitebsk Region, and administrations of Vitebsk also participated in the on-site joint meeting.
