A de-ironing station was opened in Plisa, Gluboksky district
A de-ironing station was opened today in the settlement of Plisa, Gluboksky district.
The solemn ceremony of its commissioning was attended by the Chairman of the Regional Council of Deputies Vladimir Terentyev, heads of the district and the rural Council of Deputies, and local residents. They had been waiting for this day. The water, rich in iron, required purification. Now it has become possible. Clean drinking water, meeting all standards, has entered homes and apartments.
About 280 thousand rubles were allocated from the regional budget for the construction of the station. This is a container-type facility, capable of purifying 10 cubic meters of water per hour, operating in automatic mode, without requiring constant staff presence. It was built by the in-house specialists of the "Dokshitsyvodokanal" branch of UP "Vitebskobvodokanal".
Speaking about the next step in the implementation of the "Clean Water" subprogram of the State Program "Comfortable Housing and a Favorable Environment" for 2021-2025, Vladimir Terentyev emphasized: "The task set by the head of state to provide the population with clean water is being successfully implemented. There are already 12 stations in the Gluboksky district, and we are commissioning the Plisa station today. I congratulate you on this holiday."
The Chairman of the District Executive Committee Alexander Shubsky and local residents thanked the Regional Executive Committee for the clean water that has entered the homes of Glubokoye residents.
