In the Vitebsk region, the events of the II CIS Games 2023 have been declared a tobacco-free event
The Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee has approved a plan of measures to declare the II CIS Games 2023 in the Vitebsk region as a tobacco-free event.
The venues for the event will be tobacco-free zones, as evidenced by appropriate signs prohibiting smoking.
Special attention will be paid to compliance with the requirements of legislation aimed at combating smoking, such as the prohibition of smoking in places of mass recreation and public gathering, roadside service facilities and their adjacent territories, in public transport vehicles, etc.
If necessary, places specifically designated for smoking and the consumption of nicotine-containing products will be identified.
