Pyotr Parkhomchik and Alexander Subbotin familiarized themselves with the progress of field work in the Beshenkovichi district
Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Petr Parkhomchik paid a working visit to the Vitebsk region. Together with the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Alexander Subbotin, he visited the Beshenkovichi district.
The distinguished guest was also accompanied on the trip by Sergey Egorov, Chairman of the Committee for Agriculture and Food of the Regional Executive Committee, Nikolay Korotkevich, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Agriculture and Food of the Regional Executive Committee, and Valery Nerozya, Head of the Department for Land Management, Crop Production and Fodder Production of the Committee for Agriculture and Food of the Regional Executive Committee.
The meeting took place at SUP "Vyaderevo", on a rapeseed field near the village of Pridvinye. The Chairperson of the District Executive Committee Galina Unukovich and her First Deputy - Head of the Department for Agriculture and Food Alexey Bukhalovich informed about the progress of field work in the district, in particular, the fodder harvesting campaign. The agenda includes the harvesting of grain and leguminous crops. Therefore, issues of readiness of grain harvesting combines were also discussed. The Director of SUP "Vyaderevo" Vasily Berezko acquainted with the progress of field work in the agricultural enterprise. The farm has already started harvesting winter rapeseed, which occupies 236 hectares of Vyaderevo fields. The crop yield is about 20 c/ha. The Deputy Prime Minister was impressed by the clear organization of work and the fighting spirit of the Pridvinye residents, wishing the agrarians to maintain it during this hottest period of the golden harvest.
