State Property Committee: 75 auctions for the sale of unused state property have been scheduled by the committee for June

Over the past 5 months of this year, the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee has scheduled 360 auctions. Of these, 63 were successful. This significantly exceeds last year's figures – during the same period last year, 46 auctions were successful.

The amount received by the state budget from the sale of unused state property amounted to 462 thousand rubles.

The largest number of properties are offered this month in the Shumilino district, which has a favorable geographical location, situated not far from the regional center.

As a rule, these are unused shops previously owned by Shumilino RAIPO. Many social sphere properties are offered – former kindergartens and schools. Almost all properties are offered to potential buyers at the base rate.

Among the industrial properties offered in June, the production base of a land reclamation systems enterprise located in Rossony can be highlighted. The complex of offered properties includes a carpentry workshop, a sawmill, warehouses, and garages for 25 vehicles. The total area of the buildings is almost 3000 square meters. The starting sale price is set at 407 rubles – one base rate for each real estate object. Among the historical and cultural value properties offered for sale this month is the former Fyodorovichi estate in Sharkovshchina. The former estate is located in a park on the bank of the Disna River. Previously, it housed the therapeutic building of the local district hospital. The property is offered for sale at auction with a 50% price reduction.

This year, this is the eighth historical and cultural value property offered for sale. One of them has already found a new owner – the post station in the village of Grishany, Orsha district.

The committee has already scheduled 75 auctions for the sale of unused real estate properties for June.
