The regional festival "Youth for Peace and Creation" will be held on June 1 in Vitebsk.
The organizers of the event are the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, the City Executive Committee, and the Vitebsk Regional Committee of the BRSM.
The festival program includes:
- a rally-requiem "Belarus Remembers. Youth Remembers" (theatrical sketch "Feats Frozen in Granite");
- a youth procession "Towards Peace and Creation" (representatives of the Youth Capital city of Novopolotsk, members of student teams, representatives of the BRSM youth organization, Peace Schools, activists and volunteers of the BRSM, cadets, military-patriotic classes, students of vocational and higher education institutions, working youth, athletes, accompanied by the drum show "BARABAND", will march from Victory Square to the Summer Amphitheater);
- operation of interactive platforms for festival participants and residents of Vitebsk near the Summer Amphitheater:
- a festive concert "We are Young - the Hope of the Country",
during which assignments for the Third Labor Semester - 2023 will be awarded. The best ensembles of higher education institutions of the region, winners of the Student Spring - 2023, ensembles of student teams of the Vitebsk region, the vocal-instrumental ensemble "Aurum" with the premiere of a song about the Youth Union, and the Honored Artist of the Republic of Belarus Alyona Lanskaya will perform for the festival participants.
