Land Management Department: Work on the implementation of new legislation on land protection and use continues in the Vitebsk region
As of April 17, 2023, 52 land plots have been acquired into private ownership by citizens using reduction coefficients for cadastral value, totaling 103,421.11 rubles.
Land plots acquired into private ownership using a reduction coefficient of 0.5 were located in Beshenkovichsky (5), Braslavsky (9), Vitebsky (15), Gorodoksky (2), Lepelsky (3), and Polotsky (13) districts, and the city of Vitebsk (5) – with a reduction coefficient of 0.8.
Local executive committees have received 493 applications from individuals and 1154 applications from legal entities for the provision of land plots.
Since the entry into force of the new edition of the Land Code of the Republic of Belarus and Article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2022, No. 195-Z "On Amendments to Codes," 20 decisions have been made in the region to legalize illegally occupied land plots.
In horticultural associations for collective gardening, 19 land plots have been provided to citizens based on actual use, with the largest number in Vitebsky district – 6.
