On the regime of amateur fishing on the lakes Beloye-Dobroples of Rossony district, Osveyskoye, Izubritsa, Lisno, Beloye-Kotlyarovo of Verkhnedvinsk district, leased by LLC "Zhemchuzhina Poozeria"

The Verkhnedvinsk Inter-district Inspectorate for the Protection of Fauna and Flora provides information on the amateur fishing regime on Lake Beloye-Dobroplyos of the Rossony district, Lake Osveiskoe, Lake Izubritsa, Lake Lisno, Lake Beloye-Kotlyarovo of the Verkhnedvinsk district, leased by LLC "Zhemchuzhina Pozeria".

Amateur fishing on Lake Izubritsa, leased by LLC "Zhemchuzhina Pozeria", is carried out in accordance with the Rules of Amateur Fishing, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 284 dated July 21, 2021, by organizing paid amateur fishing in the following ways:

- fishing with amateur fishing gear with a total number of hooks not exceeding 10 per angler;

- trolling from boats with engines. When trolling from boats with engines, one lure or bait per angler is allowed;

- underwater hunting.

- catch of fish per angler per day not exceeding 10 kg.

Amateur fishing on Lake Beloye-Dobroplyos, leased by LLC "Zhemchuzhina Pozeria", is carried out in accordance with the Rules of Amateur Fishing, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 284 dated July 21, 2021, by organizing paid amateur fishing in the following ways:

- fishing with amateur fishing gear with a total number of hooks not exceeding 10 per angler;

- catch of fish per angler per day not exceeding 10 kg.

Paid amateur fishing is carried out with single-use permits.

Permits are sold at the hunting lodge in Dobroplyos village, Izubritsa village daily, and at the accounting department at the address: Novopolotsk, Blokhin St., 25A from 8:30 to 17:30 on weekdays.

To obtain a permit, you must present an identity document and documents granting benefits.

Fishing without a permit is prohibited.

Permits must be returned to the place of issue with the quantity of fish caught indicated within the deadlines specified in the permit.

Amateur fishing on the lakes Osvyanskoye, Lisno, Beloye-Kotlyarovo leased by LLC "Zhemchuzhina Poozeria" is carried out in accordance with the Rules of Amateur Fishing, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 284 dated July 21, 2021, by means of free amateur fishing in the following ways:

- fishing with amateur fishing gear with a total number of hooks not exceeding 5 per angler;

- fishing with amateur fishing gear with a total number of hooks from 6 to 10 per angler - for citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens or stateless persons permanently residing in the Republic of Belarus and holding a residence permit in the Republic of Belarus, based on a valid membership card of the RGOO "BOOR" if they have it with them in the fishing grounds at the place of fishing and with the possibility of presenting it.

- fishing with amateur fishing gear with a total number of hooks from 6 to 10 per angler - for citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens or stateless persons permanently residing outside the Republic of Belarus and temporarily staying in its territory, based on the documents specified in paragraph 19 of the Rules of Amateur Fishing, confirming the fact of payment for the right to carry out amateur fishing in this way. The amount of the fee is determined by the RGOO "BOOR".

- catch of fish per angler per day not exceeding 5 kg;

Spearfishing and trolling from vessels with engines are prohibited.
