New digital service – “Step into Profession”

The new digital service "Step into Profession" is available in open access on the employment service portal at: https://gsz.gov.by/popr/.

The service includes three types of testing:
- Career guidance – allows to determine the area of interest and the top professions in that area;
- Professional selection – assesses how well the chosen profession suits the test subject;
- Comprehensive testing – determines the "profile" of the test subject and suggests professions.
Unlike traditional career counseling, the service allows for in-depth research: to identify areas of interest, assess how well a person suits a chosen profession, and also to study the demand for the profession in the labor market.
