Biography

Born on January 10, 1981, in the village of Pchelnik, Borisov district, Minsk region.

Graduated from the Belarusian State Technological University, the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus.

Worked as an economist at the republican unitary enterprise "Minsk Plant 'Termoplast'", limited liability company "PromStalKonstruktsiya"; in various positions at the Belarusian State Concern for Oil and Chemistry; Deputy General Director (for Economics and Finance) of the open joint-stock company "Naftan".

Delegate of the Seventh All-Belarusian People's Congress.

General Director of the open joint-stock company "Polotsk-Steklovolokno".

Received commendations from the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus, the Chairman of the Belarusian State Concern for Oil and Chemistry. Awarded honorary diplomas of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee and the Belarusian State Concern for Oil and Chemistry.

On June 19, 2026, Stoma Alexander Nikolaevich took part in a meeting of the Polotsk District Executive Committee.

The meeting was attended by the Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, Natalya Ivanovna Kochanova, the head of the main department for healthcare of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Mikhail Vishnevetsky, the leadership of the Polotsk district, and the heads of healthcare institutions of the region.

The key issue was the organization of medical care for the population of the Polotsk district in 2025 and the current period of 2026.

At the end of the working day, he familiarized himself with the progress of construction work in the future building of the Goryanskaya general practitioner's outpatient clinic. Finishing works are being carried out in accordance with the approved calendar schedule. The facility is of high social importance for the agro-town; its commissioning will significantly improve the quality of medical care for the rural population.

On June 17, 2026, together with the chairman of the Rossony District Executive Committee a.V. Garbul, the head of the land management service, and the head of the rural council, he held an on-site meeting in the Rossony district with citizens regarding their written appeals. The main topics were land issues and improvement. During the dialogue, exhaustive clarifications were provided on key legal aspects. Specific instructions were given to responsible services for problem areas requiring detailed study. The situation has been taken under personal control.

As part of monitoring the social infrastructure of the Rossony district, he visited a recently opened store in the village of Golovchitsy. The shelves are stocked to meet the needs of the villagers, offering both food and essential household goods.

He visited the Klyastitskaya general practitioner's outpatient clinic. During conversations with patients, exclusively positive feedback was received regarding the quality of care provided. The facility is equipped with the necessary equipment, and comfortable conditions have been created for both staff work and patient reception.

As part of a working visit to Ushachi District, I visited a number of agricultural facilities. I familiarized myself with the progress of construction and modernization of production infrastructure, and also communicated with the work collectives. I visited the construction site of a new calf nursery at OJSC "Ilyushensky". This facility is being built as part of a program to upgrade livestock capacities. Construction is proceeding according to schedule, and the facility will be commissioned on time. I also visited the "Zavechelye" dairy farm of up "Safiyyskie Dary", where I inspected the production premises and learned about the conditions for keeping livestock and the milk production process.

On June 15, 2026, he held a personal reception of citizens in the Polotsk district, during which an appeal was received concerning disputed issues related to the order of use of adjacent land plots by neighbors. For a comprehensive consideration of the situation and the development of a solution, the issue was taken under personal control.

On June 16, 2026, at Shumilinskaya Secondary School No. 1 and the Healthcare Institution "Shumilinskaya Central District Hospital," he participated in dialogue platforms within the framework of the Unified Information Day on the topic "Memory in the Name of the Future."

As part of a working trip to the Shumilino district, he visited Reshetniki of Sup "Lovzhanskoye." He inspected the first mowing fields, assessed the quality of silage laid in trenches, and communicated with machine operators. He paid special attention to compliance with technological deadlines.

As part of monitoring the retail network, he visited a grocery store in the village of Goryany, Polotsk district. During the monitoring, positive dynamics were noted in the formation of product availability. The store's product range was expanded, which increased the accessibility of various product categories.

On June 18, 2026, he met with the staff of the Ushaсhsky District Center of Culture and Folk Art named after G.M. Garbuk within the framework of the Unified Information Day on the topic "Memory in the Name of the Future."
