The Verkhnedvinsk District Executive Committee is the executive and administrative body in the territory of Verkhnedvinsk District and exercises its powers in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus
Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2010 No. 108-Z "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Belarus" and other legislative acts.
