Rules of Admission to Service in the Bodies and Units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus.

The Verkhnedvinsk Department of Emergency Situations invites citizens (men) aged 18 to 35 years to service, who are capable, by their moral and business qualities and health status, of performing the tasks assigned to the bodies and units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
To be employed, you must have secondary, secondary vocational, or higher education, and no criminal record. Candidates who have not completed compulsory military service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus are also considered. Service in the bodies and units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus exempts from compulsory military service.
Service Conditions and Social Guarantees:
- Work schedule - shift, one day on, two days off
- Retirement upon reaching the age of 48, as well as the right to a pension with 20 years of service
- Opportunity to work in other organizations on a part-time basis and perform other paid work not related to the performance of official duties and entrepreneurial activities
- Provision of uniform
- Annual paid leave of 30-45 calendar days, depending on length of service
- Compensation for expenses for renting housing (for non-residents)
- Opportunity to obtain rental housing and transfer ownership free of charge with 25 calendar years of service
- Opportunity for further education in higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (including master's and postgraduate programs)
- Opportunity for preferential loans for housing purchase or construction (in accordance with current legislation)
- Opportunity for health and санаторно-курортное treatment for the employee and their minor children
