The Public Association "Belarusian Republican Youth Union" is the largest youth organization in the Republic of Belarus.
The objectives of the PA "BRSM" are:
- To promote the development, in the established manner, of legal, social, and economic guarantees for youth rights, equalizing their opportunities with other social groups;
- To support initiatives aimed at the intellectual, spiritual, and physical development of youth, as well as at creating conditions for the development of entrepreneurial activity;
- To participate, in the established manner, in the development of youth programs;
- To foster patriotism among the members of the PA "BRSM" as the most important spiritual and social value.
As of October 1, 2024, the Verkhnedvinsk District Organization of the PA "BRSM" has 520 members, out of a total youth population in the district aged 14 to 31 of 2,581 people.
The district organization of the PA "BRSM" consists of 51 primary organizations. Of these, 11 are in state educational institutions, 10 are in agricultural organizations and enterprises, 2 are in structural divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, 1 is in the Department of Emergency Rescues, 1 is in border units, and 26 are in other enterprises and organizations in the district.

- BRSM: Live Brightly! (support for gifted and talented youth);
- BRSM: Be Healthy! (healthy lifestyle);
- BRSM: Do Good! (volunteerism and the PA "BRSM" volunteer movement "Kind Heart");
- BRSM: The Energy of Your Life! (interaction with partner organizations, international cooperation);
- BRSM: Be With Us! (information and image activities);
- Legal Education of Youth.
