The goals of the public association "Belaya Rus" are:
To build an independent, strong, and prosperous Belarus, a socially just society in which every citizen feels like a free, self-sufficient, independent individual whose abilities are fully realized.
To unite citizens of the Republic of Belarus based on the priority of national interests, patriotic and spiritual-moral values of the Belarusian people, cultural traditions, a common understanding of their historical destiny, and the aspiration to preserve the sovereignty and independence of the state.
To form the political consciousness of citizens in accordance with the provisions of the Program of the public association "Belaya Rus" and to convey their consolidated will to state and political institutions.
The tasks of the public association "Belaya Rus" are:
To achieve unity of citizens in implementing the tasks of political, socio-economic, and cultural development of the country, taking into account national interests, traditions, and peculiarities.
To participate in the development of economic, social, legal, organizational, and other proposals for the formation of a strong, effective, socially responsible legal state and to promote them in relevant program documents.
To promote the creation of conditions for the free development of the individual, the satisfaction of citizens' needs, and the improvement of their quality of life.
To organize monitoring of citizens' requests and interests and to convey the opinion of the majority of the population to the relevant state bodies and organizations.
To provide assistance to the country's leadership in preventing, identifying, and overcoming shortcomings in the work of state administration bodies.
To inform the public about the statutory and program goals of the public association "Belaya Rus" and its activities, to explain the position of the public association "Belaya Rus" regarding political events and processes, and decisions made by state bodies and organizations.
To participate in the development of the political, economic, social, legal, and other systems of the Republic of Belarus based on the balance of interests of the individual, society, and the state.
Participation in the political education of citizens, including youth, enhancing their intellectual and spiritual-moral level, strengthening the spirit of patriotism and national self-awareness.
Participation in the preparation and conduct of elections, referendums, and in the work of elected bodies.
Implementation of the statutory and program goals of ROO "Belaya Rus" through the participation of elected representatives of the association in the work of state bodies, other state organizations, and territorial public self-government.
Support for members of ROO "Belaya Rus" holding elected positions in carrying out their activities in accordance with the statutory and program goals of ROO "Belaya Rus".
