In case of temporary absence of the district prosecutor on the day of personal reception, the personal reception is conducted by the person performing his duties, or by another person appointed by the district prosecutor. In case of temporary absence of another prosecutor's employee conducting personal reception on the day of personal reception, the functions of the temporarily absent employee are assigned to another person by the district prosecutor or by the person performing his duties.

In case of citizens arriving from rural settlements and other areas, their personal reception is carried out regardless of the time established by the schedule.

From 02.01.2023, the book of remarks and proposals has been discontinued by the Verkhnedvinsk District Prosecutor's Office based on the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 877 dated 19.12.2022 "On Amendments to the Resolutions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 283 dated 16.03.2005 and No. 1786 dated 30.12.2011".

The working hours of the higher authority – the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office (14a Zhestkova St., Vitebsk) are from 9:00 to 18:00, with a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00, weekends: Saturday, Sunday.

Reception schedule for citizens, individual entrepreneurs and representatives of legal entities by the management of the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office

The Prosecutor of Vitebsk Region receives citizens in person by appointment with supervisory complaints against court decisions and complaints against the decisions of his deputies on the 1st Tuesday of the month from 8:00 to 13:00. On the 3rd Tuesday of the month, from 14:00 to 20:00.

Advance registration is carried out from 9:00 to 18:00 (lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00) by phone: 37-21-52, 37-69-72 and is closed 3 working days before the scheduled appointment date.

Deputy Prosecutors of the region receive citizens in person with complaints against the decisions of heads of departments, senior assistants to the Prosecutor of the region, prosecutors of cities and districts, Vitebsk Transport Prosecutor (after 18:00, reception by appointment)

Other prosecutorial staff of the regional apparatus, in accordance with the schedules approved by the Prosecutor of the region, receive citizens in person daily on working days from 08:00 to 18:00 (with a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00). Outside of working hours (from 18:00 to 20:00), reception is by appointment.

On weekends and public holidays, personal reception by prosecutorial staff is held at the regional prosecutor's office from 09:00 to 14:00 without a lunch break.

State duty can be paid when applying to the prosecutor's office through the "Raschet" ERIP system by following the path: "Raschet" ERIP system – Courts, Justice, Legal Services – Prosecutor's Offices (currency code 933, payment purpose for individuals – 03002, for legal entities - 03001).

From 01.08.2022, due to the transition of the payment system of the Republic of Belarus to the international standard Iso 20022 "Financial Services.
