In pursuance of the Resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus No. 179 dated December 08, 2020 "On notary visits to agro-towns and other settlements" and in accordance with the order of the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Notary Chamber, for the purpose of providing notarial services to individuals, including individual entrepreneurs, and legal entities operating in rural areas, the following agro-towns and other settlements are assigned to the notary office of the Verkhnedvinsk district: Belkovshchina, Golubovo, Bigosovo, Borkovichi, Nurovo, Volyntsy, Kokhanovichi, Leonisheno, Osveya, Sarya, Shaiterovo.
