The Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 22, 2024 No. 365-Z "On Amendments to Laws on Entrepreneurial Activities" entered into force on October 1, 2024.
In accordance with this Law, the state registration of new individual entrepreneurs is carried out in accordance with the list of types of activities permitted for individual entrepreneurs, determined by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2024 No. 457 "On Types of Individual Entrepreneurial Activities". Since October 1, 2024, individual entrepreneurs can simplify the establishment of a commercial organization of any organizational and legal form, with the exception of a production cooperative.
