In accordance with Part Two of Article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 12, 2001 No. 55-Z "On Burial and Funeral Business", the basis for providing guaranteed services is a written application for the provision of such services by an individual who has undertaken the organization of the funeral, as well as the presence of a death certificate. Consequently, in the absence of such an application, the ritual services provided will not be considered guaranteed services, the tariffs for which are regulated by setting maximum marginal tariffs.

We inform you that Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of November 29, 2019 No. 819/16 "On Amendments to Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2011 No. 924/16" has been adopted.

This resolution, among other things, specifies the definition of types of services related to household services for the purposes of the Regulation approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 06, 2011 No. 924/16 "On the Use of Cash Registers, Payment Terminals, Automatic Electronic Devices, Vending Machines and on the Acceptance of Cash, Bank Payment Cards when Selling Goods, Performing Work, Providing Services, Conducting Business in the Field of Gambling, Lottery Activities, Conducting Electronic Interactive Games and Issuing Cash Registers", which are understood as services defined by legislation on maintaining the state information resource "Register of Household Services of the Republic of Belarus" (Government Decree No. 1108 of 28.11.2014). The specified norm comes into force From June 5, 2020.

Household Services

Household services for the district's population are provided by Oao "Verus" through a network of integrated service centers. The district has 7 integrated service centers operating.

In settlements where there is no permanent network of household service facilities, mobile services are provided according to schedules approved by the Verkhnedvinsk District Executive Committee.

The enterprise offers 11 types of socially significant services, including repair and tailoring of clothing, shoe repair, furniture repair, repair of household appliances and devices, TV and radio equipment repair, hairdressing services, photo services, acceptance of orders for laundry and dry cleaning, production of funeral accessories, rental services for complex household appliances and equipment for recreation and tourism, and firewood cutting. During the summer period, grass mowing services are provided.

The Verkhnedvinsk District Executive Committee reminds that for the purpose of carrying out activities on providing consumer services, business entities Are obliged to register in the state information resource "Register of Consumer Services of the Republic of Belarus".

The deadline for mandatory registration in the register Is June 1, 2015. From June 1, 2015, it is prohibited to provide consumer services without inclusion in the Register of Consumer Services.

The basis for including information in the Register of Consumer Services are applications from the entity providing consumer services for inclusion of information in the Register of Consumer Services, making changes and (or) additions to the information included in the Register of Consumer Services.

Applications are submitted on paper by personal visit, by mail, or in the form of electronic documents through the unified portal of electronic services of the general state automated information system To the city, district executive committees, local administrations of districts of Minsk of a legal entity, an individual entrepreneur (in case of providing consumer services without a consumer service facility) (in case of providing consumer services in a consumer service facility).
